Our fully inclusive package includes full English breakfast at the Lodge, coffee / tea breaks with cake in the morning and biscuits in the afternoon.
Paper, pens, water, juice and mints. Two course lunch in the dining room. A picnic lunch is also available at our waterfall picnic deck.
Evening braais or potjiekos competitions around the camp fire or at Guinea Fowl Lodge - depending on numbers.

Full conference facilities - Our air conditioned conference centre come equipped with OHP, flip charts, whiteboards, TV and VCR, dimmable lighting. We supply pens, paper, markers, chilled water, orange juice and mints. There are long extension leads and enough power points for all your laptops etc. Tea/Coffee & cake break during the morning
Lunch at the Lodge or a Picnic Lunch on our Waterfall deck (your choice)
Conference continues Tea/Coffee & biscuit break during the afternoon
Braai or Potjiekos competitions in our Boma Area (your choice)
Overnight Accommodation in our Luxury Safari tents, Log cabins and Garden rooms - each with it's own en-suite
Full English Breakfast at the Lodge.
