Waterval is a magical venue to host your dream day. We have a multitude of sites so that you can create the unique wedding experience you have been looking for. Whether you choose our Garden, Waterfall Deck, Forest, Lapa or Boma areas, you will not be disappointed.
Waterval also has an array of accommodation for your wedding guests, allowing them to stay on for your celebration. We have 36 units in total and 24 of these are ideal for families.
Weddings at Waterval Country Lodge are all about celebrating the love and commitment between two individuals in a stunning and memorable setting. Our Garden wedding venue is ideal for small to medium-sized, intimate weddings.
We offer a spectacular view over the Witzenberg and Winterhoek mountains to frame the wedding couple while making their vows. With a rustic, yet state-of-the-art ceremony venue right next to you.
Our garden venue includes one-night accommodation for 22 people in
11 Luxury garden rooms.
Surrounded by a Nature Reserve and within the beautiful Tulbagh Valley, it lends itself to be a relaxed, warm and inviting venue for your wedding. Offering you a variety of options to plan your perfect day.
At this stage we are only able to host Saturday day and evening weddings, as well as midweek weddings. No Friday night bookings can be accommodated.
